🛡️ Safe & Responsible Gaming

b66d Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority

Entertainment should never become a problem — b66d is always here to ensure safe gaming for you.

Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?

Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it should be a source of fun, not stress. b66d believes every player's experience should be enjoyable, controlled, and entirely voluntary. That is why we have placed responsible gaming at the heart of our platform.

When someone starts spending more than their set budget, keeps coming back after losses to try to recover money, or reduces time with family and friends to prioritize gaming — that is a sign the activity is no longer just entertainment. Keeping this reality in mind, b66d has developed a range of tools and support measures so every user can set their own limits.

Remember: gaming is never a reliable source of income. Every game carries a chance of winning or losing, and a win is never guaranteed. So only play with money you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.

b66d's Protection Tools

We provide several practical tools to help you keep your gaming habits under control.

Set Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased until the period ends — this keeps your budget safe.

Time-Out Feature

If you want to take a break for a while, use the time-out feature. During this period you will not be able to log in or play at b66d. Once the break ends, you can return to your account as normal.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. With this option your account will be suspended for an extended period. Contact the support team and they will assist you.

Set a Loss Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed. This helps prevent impulsive overspending.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the time is up, the system will automatically notify you so you can make a conscious decision to stop.

24/7 Support

Our support team is always ready to help with any gaming-related concerns. Contact us via live chat or email — at any time of day, in Bengali or English.

If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, take them seriously. These signals indicate that the boundaries of healthy gaming habits may have been crossed.

You are spending more than your budget and feeling regret afterward.
You keep returning to the game to try to recover money you have lost.
You want to stop gaming but find you cannot.

Practical Tips for Healthy Gaming

💡 Plan Your Budget

Set a separate gaming budget that you can afford to lose without it affecting your household.
At the start of each month, decide how much you will spend on entertainment.
When the budget runs out, end the session — do not try to chase losses.

⏱️ Manage Your Time

Set a time limit before you start playing and stick to it.
Set an alarm on your phone to keep track of how long your session has been.
Keep time set aside for other hobbies and social activities.

🧠 Keep Your Mental Health in Mind

Avoid playing when you are under stress or feeling anxious.
Do not use gaming as a way to escape from everyday problems.
If needed, seek support from someone close to you or a professional.
